Saturday, December 6th from 11:00am-5pm. Outdoor Event ~ Bridge Street, by Village Square.

Register

The Glen Cove Chamber of Commerce will be organizing the Holiday Market at this year's Downtown BID Holiday Festival. Please be sure to register your business on this page, we have enough space to accommodate 14 vendor spaces in total.

When: Saturday, December 6th 2025. Setup begins any time after 11am, festival starts at 1:30pm until 5pm (Tree lighting to be held at 4:45pm at Village Square)
Where: Bridge Street, by Village Square, Glen Cove, NY 11542 - Right by the front of the GC police department. Directions
Who: Open to all Craft, Gift & Food Vendors. Sorry, no on-site food preparation is permitted, sealed pre-packaged items are OK!
Cost: $50 per DRFMGC vendor
Insurance Required: We will need an updated COI to include Glen Cove Chamber of Commerce, Deep Roots Farmers Market Glen Cove LLC., Glen Cove Downtown District Management Association Inc., and City of Glen Cove as additionally insured.
Heating: No open flame heating devices or firepits are permitted.
Parking & Setup: Enter at Bridge Street, near the Police Dept. which is a good place to park your cars in the lot behind GCPD. The police will block off the road at 10am, so when you arrive just mention to them you are with the Glen Cove Chamber / Deep Roots Market and they will let you in on Bridge Street to unload you vehicle. You can then park either in the police station parking lot, or the parking garages, whichever you prefer. Please note, if parking in the parking lot behind the police station, make sure you are not parked in a "for police only" space which you will see signs for.

Please be sure to bring your table & chairs for your vendor space.
